At JERSEY VAULT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jersey doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jersey in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
